As I mentioned. In our kitchen it all starts with a wash or soak that includes dish detergent.

As @moko mentioned, recently Blueberries are Peru sourced and are clean (we do try to shop for high quality).

I took that to mean that one can't say a general rule about a location, but it is reasonable to say that CURRENTLY a specific location/source seems to be mostly infestation free. Did I misunderstand?

And I was under the impression that they were so infested that one should not eat them at all! I'm glad to hear that one can soak and check the current ones from Peru.

I do want to try the yogurt though. There is no yogurt that's appropriate for children in the CY market. Everything is loaded with sugar

The yogurt is a different product altogether. Cannot compare to the regular stuff sold. But it is quite pricey to keep on hand regularly.

Keep in mind that it has a short shelf life. One taste of it spoiled can cure the want for a long time

Mix the plain with a flavor until it's the right balance of tart/sweet.
