BANK CLOSED AND TRANSERED MY FUNDS!

Hi,

I had HSBC and they recently closed down and transferred all my bank accounts to a bank called Citizens.

1) Never heard of Citizens. Is it a good bank?  (I live in Israel.)
2) Should I take everything out and open a new bank account with a better bank? Are there better banks ?

Citizens is a perfectly fine bank. They’re merging with Investors bank, which is also a great bank. No need to worry about your money. Though if you need different benefits that a different bank can give then go ahead. But no need to give it an ounce of worry here!

I don’t have any checking/savings/investment accounts with Citizens, but I do have their cc and in all my dealings with them I have found them to be a perfectly trustworthy and customer service friendly bank.

hsbc sold a lot of their accounts including banking mortgages and cc
i have a hsbc cc and i got a letter it was being transferred too (not to citizens)
