Tiberias Hotel

Good morning.
Can anyone recommend a hotel, most reasonably priced, in Tiberias that provides l'chatchila kosher food(factoring shmittah, terumos...) has minyanim and is somewhat close to the separate beach?

Try Kinorot or Tzipori Bakineret. All should be eida or rubin. It's a drive to the beach though Tveria is not that big
