Not true.
 That's why I warned him. Because theres potential to be a fake as the market is flooded with them.  For starters the keypad is usually aftermarket and the back of the device. But the real way to tell is to remove the 6 screws and pull the back cover off and send a picture here or take a peak for yourself and you can clearly see what's real and what's fake.
 But do yourself a favor and clearly ask the seller if it's an original device or an aftermarket device. That way he'll think twice before shipping you a fake.
  There's nothing wrong if the device was refurbished and has some aftermarket parts. But the priority is a real PCB /Motherboard.  Brains of the phone.

I've bought a few in the 250-300 range. If it was cracked in half or alike and hardly used i would grab it. As I fix these phones on the side.
 I should really be clear. You do need to constantly be on the lookout to find a good deal. A device that works and authentic.
 One of the few was brand new.
  But yes, it's been some time since I bought these guys.

From the those who ordered the last time around the devices were all fake, so definitely buy with a card that has return protection. And you can take that gamble on the 1% it may be authentic.  But I say save your time and look elsewhere.
