Im traveling to Poland and Israel in a few weeks, does anybody know whats the best fare I can get for a cell phone or sim card to make and receive calls to the US.
Would like to own the phone/sim not rent, so i can use it in future trips.

I have a paid account by them, but its quite expensive, Im sure i can get cheaper rates.
For instance Call to US form israel they charge 0.35. And Mishpacha magazine advertised for new customers 0.16 outgoing to US.

And someone told me that theres a way to forward your Skype to ur Israeli cell phone, so technically anybody calling ur american number will cost u just 2 cents
