Should be easy to stack / store ,And a good price for a few dozen or so would help as well

I took a regular outdoor plastic chair and measured 10 tefachim down from the seat and sawed the legs to a drop less.
I assume you mean 10 inches?
Btw, don't take my word for this (AYLOR, particularly being as these are considered normal chairs and it's very possible according to many shittos that just that alone is enough to make them assur), but I've found your average camping chair to have less than 10 inches from the bottom of the seat when you are sitting in it to the floor.
Never heard a shita like that before. As a practical matter beach chairs would gain more popularity for Tisha B'av if they were black. Perhaps the kosher lamp company or shayna coat company will come out with something.
? Many shuls have regular chairs that aren't black. Some even have light colors
I'm opening a can of worms, I know, but what happened to the good ol' sitting on the floor?
I have yet to see someone sitting on the floor when they are sitting availus, and hilchos tisha bav are learned from there.
