audio to text software that can understand yeshivishe lingo

would anyone have a recomendation for software that converts audio to text, and capture  the intense yeshiva lingo that is used in shuirim and even some of the yiddishe sentences mixed in, , if you go back after  to listen over to the shuir and edit it properly, it can really capture the particular flavor of that maggid shuir and make it easier for people to connect to him by learning his torah,
