Post here all threads and members that blatantly disrupted the topic of conversation in any kind of thread.
IMO going off topic (and the mods not moving it) is worse than multiple topics on the same issue (which mods are quick to move) and lowers the quality of DDF in general.
Obviously, there are lots of branch-offs in every topic, I'm talking about blatantly and carelessly just taking the thread to a different topic sometimes for pages in a row.
