The only sponsorship claim less desirable than a salad is a baseball game in Oakland

Meh, I have enough of my own sins to pay for, I don't need to suffer for the misdeeds of others.

If there's salad in Oakland, make it a group trip.

Thanks for 3 days of indecision. :D

I did book mileage flights for a day trip, but I think I'm out though..

It would be cool to go to a retirement game, but I'm not collecting retired ballparks, I'm collecting active ones.

And I did see the ballpark during my last memories of Oakland...celebrating the 2016 finals win with @jj1000. Now that was a memory to last a lifetime.

It's not just a retiring ballpark. It's historical and an epic mess at the same time. I love being able to say I went to games at The Vet.

It's historical
For its own fans, sure, for another team's fans. Why?

Tons of old retired stadiums out there that mean nothing to fans from other cities.

Our family has amazing memories of the municipal stadium in CLE and even bought old seats from it, but I don't think that means anything to fans from other cities.

Municipal had seating for 78,000 (Oakland Coliseum has 63k)... Much larger than others in that time period. I don't see anyone upset they didn't get to see it ;)

A while, because I'm mostly focused on seeing CLE games. Though I haven't seen a CLE game at Dodger Stadium or Wrigley yet. Guess I'll just have to redo those.  ;D
