Trying to liquidate bp points. After requesting voucher, the flight comes up as "canceled" on Amex. Am I still receiving the 35% back?

Tried many hucas. Your best bet is the Israeli manager overseeing the Philippines office or what's app, but WA is very time consuming.

Make sure to book it and request protection the same day (not 24h)
