Does buying biz ticket through Amex travel (to get back 35% MRP), and cancelling the ticket, is it a simple process to get a voucher that I can use for coach ticket?

If you request a voucer, the voucher can be used for anyone

it works but takes almost a week to get your voucher .I tried calling and they even told me my voucher number but it would not have any money on it for a week so only do this if you can wait a week to buy your ticket.
