I'm not familiar with EL AL airlines in particular but the terms and conditions seem to indicate that the EMD voucher is non-transferable meaning that it needs to be booked for your own travel. It is worth $600 for your own personal travel but it doesn't seem like it can be sold to someone else on DDF.

EDIT: @Dover correctly pointed out that a family member with the same last name may use the voucher but the above still stands. I don't think it can be sold broadly on DDF.
