Can someone please guide me.
I know it has no resale value, but if I were to book a ticket now Rome to TLV in business class ( using amex for the 35% ) would i be able to cancell the ticket and then still use the credit to book for MYSELF NY - TLV Economy?
Also what happens if I cancel a round trip ticket after the outbound?

Stupid question. Apologies in advance. I know that the voucher program is "over." If I book 6 tickets to Israel in business on El Al right now through Amex with the 35% platinum rebate and then 2 weeks later contact amex/El Al to cancel won't I still have a credit minus fees? The website isn't so clear https://www.elal.com/en/PassengersInfo/Services/Pages/Ticket-Cancellation.aspx

Similar question. The voucher program is “over” per DDMS. However the ticket I booked last week is still giving me an option to cancel for a voucher. Will I be able to use the voucher for someone else?

You can still cancel for an LY credit. The difference is that now it's locked to the ticketed passenger.
