I applied for this with my tax return that was filed Oct 2019 to October 2020, they called me now that they need 2020 or 2021 tax returns, is my tax return considered 2019 or 2020? @cgr

Regardless of the fiscal year it'll say on the upper righthand side if the form is 2019 or 2020.

It says 2019... Anyway, I logged in now and it says

Application Status: Your application meets the Program's minimum eligibility requirements and will move to the next validation stage.

Does this mean I am good or this means I am getting only $5,000 because it's considered as if I didn't provide tax return?

Doesn't mean either- chances are the agent will badger you a few more times and if you can't provide they will probably close the application (or at least that's what I've seen when docs weren't provided). The $5k is only for businesses that have never filed a return.

You can wait a few days to see if it slips between the cracks, but yes.

If you had sales below $50k then this would be the maximum you are eligible for.

Unless they have a general funding slowdown, which happens occasionally, you should have it within a week.
