I know here in LA one of the askanim goes to the takeout place and then delivers to people. It's hard to expect the store to arrange, but definitely a chesed opening for people

Plenty stores in Lakewood give away or sell at steep discount close to Shabbos. There’s a woman who gives out all the leftover Challah as well.

Just saw this. Didn't download since I assume they don't really have kosher food. But was wondering how they go about liability?
