You can return in store for store credit (maybe without a receipt).

Amazon has decent cs that can pretty much do anything requested if you use the words "a one-time exception".

How late is it? I returned stuff past the return window and spoke to manager and since they were still selling the stuff they took it.

T-Mobile. They've become a total disaster. Hold times are 45 minutes long minimum, and the website is worse than a south african government site. Can't even so much as make a payment. Try take care of something in the store? Not an authorised user on the account even though my name is on the account online. Have to call to have it added for the store employees to see. Another 45 minute hold time for a 30 second task.

You can thank the merger for that. They laid off most of the TForce guys that were actually competent.
