Cell Phones in Israel

I'm going to be in Israel for a month over the winter and would rather not rent a cell by the day.

Any recommendations on which service to go with e.g. Golan, Hot etc.

Will I have issues signing up for only a month?

I will need lots of data and hotspot availability.

Keep in mind:

The stores (agents) that sell you the sim only get paid if you keep the plan active and in use for 4-6 months.
It is a shayla of gneivas daas (and possibly gneivas mamon) for a tourist (or anyone, but most locals know this!) to open a plan for less than this amount of time.
If you are planing on opening a plan for a short amount of time - be open with the vendor.
