Anyone confirmed to use 1 Ink Business Cash and 1 Ink Unlimited and receive $20 off on each card under the new chase promo? Did they stack for single purchase?

I got both in a business account. They did not stack.

Has anyone figured a way around the "primary Instacart member" issue on adding ink to business account? Saw many with the same issue on Dan's post.

I'm simply saying what I think:
The problem is that a lot of people have a Family Instacart Plus membership, not their own.
So you have to first take the account off from the Family Instacart Membership, and then you should be able to apply the promotion from a Chase Ink cards.

Alot of times with these instacart promotions you have to click on it in your email so that it gets added to your account
