Anyway, I posted what I bought because it's possible there was some discount specifically for that item.

Turns out, there was a $10 credit on the account for the last order not being filled properly.
I still don't think that the entire $39 discount is accounted for.

When you choose a store to shop in. It should say how much more you need to shop for the bonus. For some reason different stores show different amounts by me. But their app is full of glitches so it could be just another glitch.
