all kidding aside, OK is similar to google in the sense that although we dont pay them directly, us using them keeps them in business. Imagine if gmail was leaked or if it was easy access for police, many would stop using it, and their ad revenue would go down.

He didn’t write any false allegations. He wrote that they are not transparent and apparently it was based on the fact that he was actually denied access to see their kitchen (which, although there may be legitimate reasons for their denial, is a reasonable request for someone who knows Kashrus). I don’t listen to everything he says but he has not shown himself to be dishonest in this instance.

The irony is that I'm not a CK fan for several reasons and I've told that to them in meetings. But this is just another example of YS going beyond the pale.

It may be reasonable to request to see a facility if you have a reason to do so, but it's even more reasonable to deny a random person access to your operational facility. Even if he didn't have the reputation he does have, there could be a million reasons why a facility wouldn't want to let in a random dude who isn't connected to their hashgacha or doing business with them.

I see what you’re saying, I didn’t see his exact wording, this is way worse. He has a tendency to speak with exaggerated flamboyance (and as I said doesn’t appear to be too concerned with LH) but I understand that to mean that they weren’t forthcoming with him in some capacity. He didn’t hurl a specific allegation of a violation, and I don’t think he would unless it were at least somewhat true.

One thing he is *not* is medakdek belshono at all.

I also agree that nobody should make decisions based solely on what they hear from him.
