United/Air Canada Code Share

I booked a business class ticket on united to Canada through ultimate rewards portal. I see the flight is an Air Canada flight. Is there are difference whether I check in using my united confirmation number or the Air Canada confirmation number? Want to make sure I get all the perks that come along with the ticket, including priority security. Thanks!

You use the airline you’re checking in with. Benefits should be the same anyway.

Update - when checking in through United which was the ticket issuer, they forwarded me to Air Canada, the operator, for the checkin process....just an FYI. Everything went smoothly. Thanks!
