And Amish kids complain that they don't know how to drive when they go OTD, let's have the government force all Amish to learn to drive.

Maybe because liberal NYS, with its famous failing NYC public school system, has actually been in the process of removing restrictions on everyone and everything (for example, instituting the right to shoplift when desired), so people are wondering why they suddenly care so much about enforcing education laws for "hasids".
