This grant program provides up to $25k in funding to businesses that opened after Sep 1, 2018 and are operational for at least 6 months.
For those with a filed (2020 or 2021) tax return: must have gross receipts of more than $5,000 and less than $1,000,000
For those with no filed return: must have at least $5k in expenses

Grant amount ranges from $5k to $25k.

Funds will run out quickly.

I think you're referring to the Recovery grant, not the Seed grant.
