I was a member of the JPMorgan Private Bank (not private client) on account of my working at a law firm. Received a letter a few weeks ago saying that I was being downgraded to the regular Chase bank. Did this happen to anyone else, and is there anything to do about it?

Just got my updated cards. They cut the weight from 28grams to 20 grams and moved all the card info to the back.
Not as hefty.

They changed front to back and weight in mid-2023.

By my count old was 26 grams and new is 21 grams.

Still heavier than Plat (at 18).
