Did anybody actually get a loan with this program that people are talking about? Is It legit, and as simple as they make it sound? WHy are they able to offer such low rates?

Called on Friday, September 23. They said the rate is  now 5.25% and eligibility depends on income and the area the home is. The limit for Lakewood is 102k a year. You can refinance as well but not a cash out refinance.
