Applying to multiple CC"s one-after the other is only one pull?

I remember hearing something about applying for mutliple credit cards one after the other, that it only comes up as one hard pull.

Anyone knows anything about that?

IME the IB gets its own pull even when doing a 3bm since its a business card.
