KBYT mincha is usually 10-15 minutes before shkiaShteeble mincha is usually 5-10 minutes before shkiaRabbi Friedman mincha is usually 45-60 minutes after shkia (chasidish shteible)
All are close to JFK.
There is also mincha on the half hour at the sephardi shul on Cedarhurst Ave if you get in a little earlier

I usually budget 15 min from Ohel to JFK dropoffs.

I meant to quote a map showing it's 9 mins from the Ohel to JFK.   


But the Ohel doesn't have a schedule.  If there're lots of people (men) ther'll be plenty of pickup minyanim.  If it's a slow day..
For yekkes, you may be better off at a real shul.
On the other hand, the Ohel has the opportunity to daven by the Rebbe's kever.
Also, I'm a woman, so this post need male verification.

Sounds right, though I've never had a problem either finding or organizing a minyan there at any given visit at any time.
