Hi, my landlord allows me to pay rent with a credit card for no fee. Which credit card should I get to maximize this? I'm fairly new to credit cards and currently have the sapphire preferred and freedom unlimited. Thank you!

The same as any other unbonused spend: Freedom unlimited, Citi DC, Venture, Amex BBP etc.

So the unlimited gives 1.5 back, are there any cards now with a high sign up bonus that also gives at least 2x points back for "all other purchases"

The Citi DC currently has a $200 bonus which is around the highest no annual fee cards go for. If you don't mind paying an annual fee you can go for the venture or venture x for much bigger bonuses.
