Nearly all international first/business tickets get you access to airline lounges.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are flying business class on LH to TLV stopping off in Frankfurt...how is the lounge in FRA? Any chance of catching a shower there?

Edit: I just found this link: http://www.forbescustom.com/BusinessTravelPgs/BusTravelWorldsBestAirportsP1.html. It seems the lounges there can be nice. Can i assume that the one called "First Class Lounge" which has the jacuzzi's is only for First class passengers, and that business class passengers are only allowed in the "Tower lounge" and "welcome lounge"?

Also, if we fly from TLV to Zurich on Swiss Air and then depart ZUR on Lufthansa, which lounge can we go into in Zurich? (LH or LX, or or are they both the same).
