Amex Notarycam - identity verification

Anyone got asked by Amex to verify identity via NotaryCam?

If yes, any idea on what they ask you about ?

Apparently I have a freeze on my account and the usual callback method and upload ID method is not enough to clear the "high-level security alert" ?

No unusual activity other than my usual amex send activity using venmo.

Additionally, I am unable to verify the drivers license - it keeps failing on the website.
