My wife mixes the vegetables in with the ground beef but that's probably not what you're looking for.

I'm making corned beef that starts with sous vide for a couple days then recipe says to finish in broiler with a sweet glaze. If possible I'd rather not make oven fleish. Any reason to just but the bullet or can I do it on a  roaring hot charcoal grill?

I think you can do it on a grill, but I wouldn't necessarily make it roaring hot

Why not? Point is to just caramelize the glaze i think.

Roaring hot charcoal grill will burn the glaze not caramelize it

Aha. So a lower heat would be similar to doing a few inches from  broiler
