anyone here ever make meat pizza in a cast iron? any specific method to follow or same as regular pizza just without cheese?
Why would it be different? You don't cook the cheese, you just melt it. If there's no cheese, all you need to do is make sure the crust is cooked and you're done.
The meat also needs to be cooked.
It's easier if you cook the meat separately first
+1, will be a lot quicker. Just under cook it a bit so it doesn't overcook in the pizza oven.
Interesting. Never heard of this.
You're using ground beef? I'd brown the meat first in a skillet, shouldn't have to be fully cooked, it'll finish in the oven.
Random tip that I finally got around to trying: when boiling eggs, add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda to the water. Makes them really easy to peel and doesn't affect the taste.
works with salt as well
Any good chicken cutlet recipes that were tried? Getting bored of the classics.....or is there a thread about this i missed...
What are the classics?
