1 part honey, 1 part mustard, a little soy sauce to taste. Mix, pour on top, and bake.
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

This is what I use and it's good: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/honey_mustard_baked_salmon/

Made it for shabbos but just the top layer tasted of it and 3/4 of it from the top down tasted very plain. Would it help to marinate it or do you have another recipe with marinating?

Poke holes with a fork before baking.

Not if the pieces are 1" cubed. Smaller may fall apart.

Use sushi recipe for a Kani roll and switch out the kano for fresh salmon or any other fish of your choice.

Truth be told I haven't made sushi in over a decade. You probably are more interested in a sushi rice recipe, as the rest of the process (adding ingredients and folding) is the same. Sorry, I can't help you with a sushi rice recipe, but GIYF in this case.

Do you have a recipe that you recommend?
2 cups of (uncooked) sushi rice (any short or medium grain rice)
cook according to package directions
after it's cooked add:
1 teaspoon salt
2-3 T rice vinegar
3-4 T sugar
and mix

Does anyone has a proven good dount recipe, specifically looking for more a ספגנית style , fluffy and light
, let's get my test kitchen going ,that NY chanuka time I should have it up and running
boil 1.5 cups water
remove from flame. add 1/2c sugar and 1/2c margarine and mix
set aside
dissolve 2 oz fresh yeast (or 4t dry yeast) with 1T sugar in just enough warm water to make smooth paste
let it bubble
put everything into a mixing bowl. add 2 eggs and 6-7c flour
knead until dough is soft and not sticky
let it rise 45 min covered
sprinkle flour on parchment paper
roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick
cut round circles with 8oz glass cup (or anything - I like to use a small round cookie cutter)
let rise another 45 min
heat oil (4-5in) in a small pot
when it sizzles, drop in a few circles. count until 30. flip them. count until 30 again
take out donuts (use a slotted spoon)
they should be golden but not brown, you may need at adjust the cooking time accordingly. they cook very fast so stay nearby
put on plate w/ paper towel to absorb the extra oil
when they cool, sprinkle with confectionery sugar, and/or inject with custard or jelly

I use a pastry bag and this tip for the custard:
Ateco #229 Large Bismark Stainless Steel Pastry Tip - Great for Filling Eclairs ($5.02)

Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

Thanks very much
That was a fast response
I will iy"h try it soon

Just the "let it bubble" where does it go on?
On the yeast? Or add the yeast to the water mixture?
Thanks

the yeast plus sugar plus water (not the water with margarine and sugar)
good luck and enjoy!
