After Shabbos  ;) :P...
You tried and tested, it was good?
Yes.
Take out the seeds from the jalapeno or it will be too sharp.
When your done you can add more jalapeno or mayonnaise to find your level of sharpness

Ok, Thank You!
We've either been buying or making. However I find that it usually tastes like jalapeno mayo as opposed to a nice dip. So I guess we'll have to give this one a try...

I'm not sure how you made it, but I also put the oil in when I blend everything

I did my homemade mayo recipe in the blender first and then added the jalapeno ingredients.
I also included the oil when blending, why wouldn't I?
Forgot to leave one jalapeno to blend without roasting.
I did too much garlic. I ended up with something more like a roasted garlic dip than jalapeno, but it's ok trial and error will do its magic.
(Confession, I never follow recipes)

some tips;

Chicken Soup: put in the chicken only once water boiled so the soup stays clean

baked Salmon: bake as close to Shabbos preheat  to 450 no longer then 15 minutes if slices are spread apart, cover with aluminum foil and keep in oven till meal.  if you like it moist and not dry.

overnight potato kugel: 2 teaspoon salt, half potatoes with kugel blade other half with lokshen blade, if you put a onion put it with kugel blade, preheat to 450 for 1 hr. cover with aluminum foil two layers to keep the moist in, lower to 350 for another hour, leave overnight on 200 for overnight kugel.

I also officially do it but its perfect without it too, I also used to pour in a half a cup of water, but it becomes too soggy.
I put in 3/4 cup oil,
1 cup seltzer in the mixture, don't ask me why

but salt is very important, its hit or miss, I find that cooking salt is not so salty, I'm not sure if it thicker chunks and therefore isn't perfectly distributed, or its just less salty.

I do 1 tablespoon of salt, always comes out tasty... I also put a 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. And only 1/2 cup of oil. How many eggs do you put?
