Is there any significance to a food product stating 'Extra Fancy'? I have this bottle of ketchup which says extra fancy tomato ketchup. And this container of nuts I bought, Extra fancy unsalted nuts....
Probably just means a tuna beigel wrote the label....

Yes, it does, to someone in marketing.
As to what the significance is, you've got me there.

Well I really hope that no-one buys this brand ketchup because it says extra fancy. There really isn't anything fancy about ketchup.

The answer is yes and no.
But if you want to keep fresh eggs from now until after pesach (that aren't already short dated) you're perfectly fine with keeping them in a cool place outside of the refrigerator

Great.   A relative of mine has 60 dozen eggs (for Pesach). And doesn't have fridge space...

yes not a problem. We usually buy 75 dozen (and then some) and keep them in the basement

Here, yes.
There, no.

In America hens are not vaccinated so eggs are washed, this helps with salmonella, but also washes off a protective coating so they need to be refrigerated.

Most other places vaccinate their hens, so there is need to wash them and therefore no need to refrigerate them after.
(but hey at least our hens don't have autism)

here is one article (of many) enjoy

Please keep in mind that food safety is about odds. Just because you didn't get sick one time doesn't mean it is safe, especially for at risk people (young, pregnant and old to name a few). What might result in an upset stomach for you (that you'll blame on the matza) can have much bigger consequences for them.

They put them in a outdoor shed, it's pretty cool in there, for now...

I think they say if they were refrigerated and subsequently left out, moisture could condense on the shell and hold bacteria there and get into the egg when it is opened. If the eggs are cooked well I'm fairly certain that there is nothing to worry about regardless.

not if it is dry  :)

you can have two the same looking cakes some are dry and you need to add milk to the mix to push it down your throat and some are moist.

its more common in brownies/chocolate to be more moist but I have had in both types dry and moist so I guess it can be sponge or chocolate as long as it's moisty

maybe I'll try this
https://www.kosher.com/recipe/super-fudgy-brownies-8897

but it only uses 1/3 c all-purpose flour

Cakes with pudding mix in the recipe
Any recipe if you swap out a couple of Tablespoons of flour for corn starch will be more moist.
