Meaning if you're not 100% sure it's ready, it probably is. I usually give it an hour and then check with a toothpick and it's ready.

Quadruple the price. And is better and fresher. The only thing I buy ready made is the salt water.  :P

flame was on? it doesn't have to bubble through the night
I do it all the time, once it bubbles I put it on low overnight, never had an issue
