The guy who wants to buy fresh ones for Shabbos but knows he can't if last week's dips are still in the fridge.

As long as he doesn't ask for a tuition break to help pay for a bunch of new dips every week...

Starting with techina, chumus, babaganoush (not be confused חצילים עם מיונז), Turkish salad, matbucha.
Onion garlic

dark cutlets are less liable to drying out. And either way something in sauce will do better.
