Im looking for a good marinade for Grilling chicken cutlets
also if Im defrosting said chicken cutlets is there any reason I cant let them sit in the marinade while they defrost?
My favorite -
Oil
soy sauce
grated fresh ginger, or just ginger spice
crushed red pepper
black pepper
Or this one from overtime cook -
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 ½ Tablespoons mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon McCormick dried parsley
1 teaspoon McCormick garlic powder
