Plus one. From what I understand the WiFi version doesn't really serve much purpose.

I have the cheaper one and can't imagine when I would ever use Wi-Fi.

I don't have the wifi but some people use it to start the machine. They fill the tub with water and ice so the food stays fresh and start the machine a few hours before they want to eat.

Never thought of or heard of the ice idea, I always thought that starting while out would be impractical because of that spoilage issue. I still don't think it's particularly worth more money, at least to me

Some time ago, this was recommended here, and I bought it. Recently, the tip broke off in a frozen cake! Amazon took care of it. :)
What should I buy now? Same one? Is there something stronger/better? Any good deals out there?
Thanks.

True...but if you do, make sure it's at least serrated.
