Next up. Recommendations?
Mix oil and spices, rub all over. Broil, every 15 minutes flip meat and rub again with oil, until desired internal temp is reached

pleasure, u made it in a crockpot or oven? i just took one out of the freezer for tomorrow night :)
Next up. Recommendations?
i like to dry rub it in 2 parts kosher salt to 1 part sugar (by weight not volume) and let sit for a few hours depending on thickness. afterwards, sear it, then braise low and slow with a bottle of beer, onions, garlic, and maybe some herb.

That sounds good. What's my desired internal temp?

I asked. No one answered, so I went with Google and the back of the thermometer box. Both said 145 is med rare. Are they wrong?
It came out super flavorful, but a little less melt in your mouth than I would like. Hopefully in the warm up at 200 it'll become more tender.

It's not really a melt in your mouth recipe, more like a good steak with amazing flavor. Still my favorite roast

Was beautifully medium rare throughout the middle 70% of the roast. Was eminently delicious.
