Wow looks great , will try this recipe tonight or tom.
  Thanks

it is really good. @Dan -- this cheesecake reminds me of the Yacov's cheesecake at "Sari's" pizza shop when it was still around... Really delicious, rich, and creamy.

Depends on what you're putting in it. Nut butter based cheesecake shouldn't be baked because it will change the consistency of the cake. The two that I use that are no bake (and no gelatin) are Nutella based and peanut butter based.

Do you parbake the crust?

No
And it's fine? I've had desserts with those premade Graham cracker crusts raw and didn't love it

Who said anything about a pre made crust? I'm making one out of crushed lady fingers actually, since I have those and dont have any Graham crackers.

Just saying, both are melted butter and crushed Graham crackers

I'm not sure the pre-made ones have any butter and themp. I'm not a big fan of pre-made in general, but putting butter on a shelf, ie making a shelf-stable, is very hard.

Why not use a timer? Or buy a 7 day timer for 4-5$?

You can also get a timer with removable on and off pins so it won't go back on after turning off

Don't want to get into a halacha discussion, but some people don't use timers except for lights

I purchased a bread maker a few years ago, initially we tried a few of the recipes that came along with it and they all tasted .... So now it's sitting and collecting dust.

Anyone have a good rye and WW recipe for this or any bread maker?

TIA

The best rye breads I've made in my bread machine had dill pickle juice as an ingredient.
