I purchased a bread maker a few years ago, initially we tried a few of the recipes that came along with it and they all tasted .... So now it's sitting and collecting dust.

Anyone have a good rye and WW recipe for this or any bread maker?

TIA

The best rye breads I've made in my bread machine had dill pickle juice as an ingredient.
Please post recipe

Everything I have seen, including a couple of places on DDF (maybe this thread), has lead me to believe that the whole thing is a farce and nothing better than a basic convection oven.

Search around on DDF. This is not something I have experience but rather that I have seen herefrom others.

Almost anything will work as long as you warm it up carefully. Possibly the only thing I wouldn't do is a standing rib roast

Smoked brisket
Veal - brush with oil and spices, place over mashed potatoes, bake covered at 275 till it reaches desired internal temp
French roast - brush with oil and spices, broil 15 minutes, flip over, brush again, broil 15 minutes, keep flipping and brushing and broiling 15 minutes until done
Corned beef
Navel pastrami - keep in vacuum pack, place in pan and place that pan in a larger pan filled halfway with water. Cover both pans together and put in oven on keep warm the night before you're serving it
Hangar steak, soak, season with salt and pepper, sear before the meal. Excellent as is or with chimichurri sauce
Let me know if you want more ideas

This was on last year's RH menu- it was delicious!

I also topped it with pomegranate arils for an extra festive look.
