My minhag is to use vinegar as an ingredient but not something that tastes חמוץ. My understanding is that more than that is a minhag taus

Good pareve cheesecake recipe?
It depends on the brand of pareve cream cheese, not the recipe. Tofutti isn't good for taste, there's a Kite Hill pareve cream cheese which is excellent. I used it over Shavuos, and it tasted real.

Right. Sprouts carries it, but if you look on their website, it'll say store near you that carry it.

Is that supposed to be different than a main of salmon? Miso salmon is my go-to: 1 part miso, 1 part mirin, 1 part soy sauce. Marinate and cook (you can bake, broil, or grill, just don't deep fry, and be careful because of the sugar in the mirin that it doesn't burn.

Temp time?
Broil for about 9 minutes, bake at 350°F for 17 minutes or so until done. It's hard to tell exactly how long because I don't know how thick your fish is.

I have been buying my Beef, chicken from Grow and behold for a while now but their inventory is very spotty, are there any other kosher sites that sell Pasture Raised chicken and meat?
