I have been buying my Beef, chicken from Grow and behold for a while now but their inventory is very spotty, are there any other kosher sites that sell Pasture Raised chicken and meat?

No experience with any of them, but there is:

Some Trader Joe's and Costcos sell Teva Farms meats.

Agreed, maybe use numbers instead of squares for the steps.

But I must say this: the instructions are well written in simple English and easy to read

Well, I guess that's a mehalech. Send it first to the AI and then to the editor. This will save the editor from getting a migraine while fixing it up.

Looking at creating a recipe database (online) anyone have any experience using any software solution?

I was thinking something like Google drive just with more of a recipe base sharing and commenting option

Thanks for your feedback, instructions were clear? Any comments? Any hiccups?

I'm an experienced cook so I did not pay so much attention, it was clear enough in that context.
But just as  feedback because you are asking:) ( I went back to look more carefully) perhaps it would be clearer to post the entire recipe, followed by suggested add ins, followed by instructions,  followed by pictures.   Because the way you laid it out, there is lots of scrolling up and down,  and tho I put the herbs I missed the garlic, we would have enjoyed  herb - garlic mayo even more.
Also,  a hack: I made a tiny hole in a plastic cup and put the cup in the plastic  shaft, it worked perfectly with no drilling.
