That's the thing, he hasn't said so definitively, but he links to their literature, says things that come from it, and vaguely says things that show that he is, but not explicitly enough to say so definitively.

I'm hardly an expert, but my guess is that Farrakhan's Islam and BHI's Christianity are about as close to their respective religions as "Messianic Judaism". So sure, he identifies as Muslim, but I'm guessing it's the NOI version, which seems to me to share a lot of messed up ideology with BHI.

I agree the Jerry Jones thing should be a bigger deal. If it is in the past and he isn't like that anymore, let him show that. He shouldn't be blacklisted (pun not intended) for something he did as a teenager, but his behavior as an adult can and should be examined.

But that has nothing to do with asking Lebron about a current NBA player, who also happens to be a former teammate and, by their own telling, a personal friend about racist statements made yesterday.

For context, there were absolutely busloads of rabbis that night in Crown Heights. It is the annual Kinus Hashluchim where there some 5000+ rabbis and 6800 people total at the banquet. The conference takes place over a few days in Crown Heights, and the banquet was Sunday night in Edison, NJ. dozens of busses went from Crown Heights on Sunday afternoon to NJ, at the same time the BHIs were marching from Grand Army Plaza to Barclays. Some of the busses likely passed GAP, but not Barclays.

LeBron was asked and commented many times about Colin Kaepernick. Why, he is not a basketball player? All I am pointing out is the question was a fair one based on Jones history.
