Can anyone explain how this works so that others can benefit from it?

I'm looking to get from crown heights to JFK and PIT to squirrel hill will this help in anyway?

I will end up needing round trip transportation from LGA <-> Manhattan. For those familiar with NYC, am I going to get dinged because of tolls/wait times? Or is there a better way to get back and forth? This is my first time going to NYC and I don't know *anything* about getting around.

I used one way from midtown to LGA and all in it was $58.48.

What to know:

A maximum of one voucher can be purchased per person (including those who were booked in the January GroundLink sale); either the Airport Transfer voucher or Mobile. Additional vouchers will be canceled if a member tries to purchase more than one

When booked through the app is says the price includes Taxes and gratuity. Has anyone had any problems with this? I'd much rather tip myself at the time of.

No need to tip after... tip is included. When you book on the app the car is completely paid for.

I just spoke to Groundlink on the phone, and the rep said the $75 credit is for one ride only. So if you use it for a $16, the rest of the credit disappears. Is this true?

k. I made her repeat it about 18 times. Didn't make sense to me. You speaking from experience?

CLE to CH only $16, not bad. But they want $30 for a toddler seat, and that can't be put on the app credit.

the app didnt work for me - the whole process was quite a haggle to deal with. I was going from CH to JFK. I called them up made the reservation had them put my Jetsetter code in..I then didnt receive any confirmation so I called again...finally after a few calls I got a confirmation. They sent a nice big spacious SUV (for the VIP option) - Driver came a little early. After my trip I saw on my CC that they charged me in full. So after calling them back a few times - did they finally give me a refund of $75. They do seem a little flaky over the phone.
