I've been selling my 4+ credits to this one member here who went through them 1 card credit per month during last 4 month of the year. Now it's a new year and the buyer tries to re-enter the card for the first month but Equinox is rejecting saying that the card you are trying to use is already enrolled in this benefit... should this be reset every year? somewhow a particular amex card is tied to a particular Equinox membership. not sure who is remembering... is it amex or equinox? to prevent reselling the credit?

I've also encountered this issue recently. Indeed, because the card has been used before, the usual process isn't available. However, you can still obtain the benefit using an alternative method, although reimbursement will take approximately 2 weeks, which is longer than the usual 3 to 4 business days.

This happened to me at the end of 2023.  Didn't get it resolved and just gave up on it.
