Calling cards to Israel

What is the best calling card to purchase for calling to Israel from the US?
The card I've been using is 1.2¢/minute to Israel landlines and 3.9¢/minute to Israel cellphones.

I prefer a card that only charges per-minute (no connection fee) and the value of the card never expires.

Some cellphone and home phone plans come with some free international minutes. So first check your existing cellphone and landline providers.

Call thru Google voice.

You need to go to Legacy Voice and then go to the phone number's advanced settings.

Just a helpful hint: inserting a Pause (P or ,) in the contact info on your phone between the calling-card/google number, the access code and the number can save you time when dialing.
For example: If your calling card number is 1800-123-4567 your access code is 4321 and your bubby's number is 01197298765432, you can save your contact as: Bubby: 18001234567,4321,01197298765432
