Do you realistically expect a government spokesman to say tragic killing in this case? How about if he would have said tragic death? Would that be better?

For all those that don't want an investigation can you answer this one question. The bullet was too badly mangled to tell which side fired it, but the Israeli's claim they talked to the soldier that fired the shot. How do they know who fired the shot?

What's your question? The US was part of the investigation and had nothing to add 6 months ago. What did they realize now that they want to investigate and how would they go about investigating it?

You know that this is nothing more than a political move (a really low-handed one at that) and your pretzel is already all out of shape trying to justify it.
