I'd say probably just a coincidence that; his username and the website posted are similar, and all his posts are about this product. Especially since he asked for reviews

Let me just explainify it for you cuz u seem not to be getting the point. PEOPLE ON DDF DON'T APRECIATE UNDISCLOSED  ADVERTISING it's ok if you didn't realize its just a ddf culture thing that may be different in other places. You can just say "sorry i should've mentioned my relationship/ conflict of interest" and magically people here get real friendly  and helpful real fast ! Otherwise its usually a few pages of painfully deep hole digging
